I want to know a little bit more about the reasoning behind Pairprogramming usage in development teams.
To get you, dear readers, tweeting a lot about it I decided to give away an edition of “Pair Programming Illuminated” by Laurie Williams and Robert Kessler. It is the defacto standard book in this field of agile development.

In order to win the book you need to tweet a reason for the use of Pairprogramming in your projects and development teams containing the hashtag #whywepair until Monday the 17.11.2014 (the start date of the Hamburg Pairprogramming Workshop).
