I develop distributed software with teams — and help teams get better at doing it. Twenty-plus years from developer to team lead, Scrum Master, and architect, across e-commerce, insurance, e-learning, and consulting.

My focus is agile, test-oriented development, distributed systems, and cloud/serverless architecture (AWS/CDK, Lambda, TypeScript) — building tools and processes teams can depend on. Earlier stacks ran on PHP, JavaScript, and Perl. Based in Hamburg.
